Translation And Transcription
D&K has an in-house team with experienced resources to provide transcription and translation services to clients. So you can trust us to deliver high quality translations on time. For projects that require translation at a viewing facility or online, D&K will ensure that you have access to qualified professionals who understand the subject matter and use the correct terminology every time.
Survey Programming
D&K has an advanced team of programmers capable of programming complex surveys for CATI and CAPI interviews and executing a large volume of data processing, coding, and analysis projects. The surveys are programmed using a variety of survey programming tools including ConfirmIT, SPSS MRInterview, CATI, and other proprietary tools. In addition, owing to our experience and the accelerated training process, our programmers can easily be trained on other proprietary tools.
Moderation
A good moderator will create the right environment for the participants, guide the discussion without asking leading questions, probe beyond the participants’ initial answers by asking open-ended follow-up questions, and keep an eye on the time to ensure that each topic is covered in the right amount of depth. D&K carefully selects the best moderators, with experience that aligns with the nature and topic of your research project.
Data Processing and Analysis
D&K data processing and analysis department is equipped with the full range of data interrogation software packages – including Quantum and SPSS for instance. Data can be provided by the client if the requirement is for a standalone data processing service, or the department can form part of the wider full-service process when a client has commissioned a research project to be completed from start to finish. Our data processing team are experienced in dealing with both numerical and verbatim style raw data. We have coded out verbatim responses for projects with many thousands of respondents, for instance. We are able to provide our clients with data tabulations (according to an agreed specification) and raw data in a range of formats (Excel, SPSS, ASCII, SSS).
